We're waiting for Bukkit to start releasing 1.4.2 stuff before we release 2.0.0 officially.
If you're impatient, please know that 2.0.0 Final is completely identical to Milestone 7.3.
(Minus translations, which we'll add into the jar file before we push 2.0.0 Final.)

So, 2.0.0 will run on 1.4.2!
